Erickson Tundra Tippers reserves the right to refuse the sale of any goat to any person for any reason.
*********************

-Waiting List: If you have requested to be on our waiting list you will be contacted once the kids start to arrive.  I will go in a first come first serve order.  Once you have been contacted about a goat for sale, please respond back to me within 24 hours.  If I have not heard back from you within that time frame the next person will be contacted on the list and so on.

-Payment: Once I receive a verbal commitment to a specific goat, that goat will be placed "ON HOLD".  A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received within 7 days.  The goat will go back up for sale if the deposit is not received within that time.  If anything should happen to a goat who has a deposit on them before they are picked up from the farm, the deposit will be refunded. The remaining balance must be PAID IN CASH when the buyer picks up the goat.  No goats will leave the farm until the balance is paid in full.

-Horns and Wethering: All goats will have horns or be polled (naturally hornless). Any buck purchased as a wether will be banded before leaving the property.

-Transportation: The buyer is responsible in providing safe and comfortable transportation for their new goat(s).  A large dog kennel works the best so they are protected from falling and injuring themselves in transportation or in the occurrence of an accident.  They must be protected from wind and rain as well.  If they are not provided with proper means of transportation we have the right to deny leaving the farm until it is provided.  The buyer is responsible for knowing the laws and regulations with transporting their animal across state lines.  If a health certificate is requested, one can be provided by our vet at the buyer's expense.  We are no longer responsible for that animal after they have left our property.

-Pick-Up: The buyer is responsible for picking up the purchased goat(s).  Once the kids are 8-10 weeks old they can go to their new homes.  A boarding fee of $1/day per goat will be charged if the goat(s) are picked up after the agreed upon date.

-No Single Goats: Goats are herd animals and DO NOT thrive without another goat friend.  We will not sell a single goat unless the buyer already has other goats at home.  Even two goats will make a herd!

-Bottle Babies: Kids can go to their new homes once they are weaned (8-10 weeks old).  If for some reason a doe is unable to feed their babies, we might have a bottle baby for sale.  Only because of this reason will we sell a bottle baby.

-Please provide proper shelter, fencing and food for your new goat(s).  If you may not know what that is, never hesitate to ask.  It is always good to educate yourself and we are ALWAYS learning.

-Remember to give your new goat(s) lots of love!  The amount of time you spend with them, the more you will get back!
